ENTITY
Designing the operating model for a local organization
Support for a build from zero, with no organization on the ground. We designed the workflow and division of roles, set up the local entity and hired the team, and stayed with the business until it ran steadily. Rather than handing over a plan and leaving, we kept working on site until operations were up and running.
GRANTS
From grant application through implementation and settlement
We handle everything from writing the application to post-award expenditure management, organizing supporting documents and preparing reports. We work alongside you from a position that knows both sides — applicant and administrator. By keeping the paperwork moving, we create the conditions for you to focus on the business itself.
GROWTH
Expanding an programme across five African countries
We supported the programme from launch and early strategy through to expansion into five countries. Our work covered growth strategy, putting the finances on a sound footing, and strengthening relationships with local partners. Working country by country as progress and issues differed, we built an operating structure that lets the local team run on its own after our support ends.
