Pelontle Maphula is an economics graduate with a strong background in trade policy, strategy, business development, and policy research and analysis. She has experience in both private and public sectors in Botswana and Japan.

Her achievements include the ABE Initiative Scholarship (2016–2019), the NINJA Business Competition Winner (2021), and Youth Development Fund (2022). She is also a member of Young African Trade Experettes (YATES).

Passionate about climate action, she works to empower communities to transition to clean energy.
