Mamadou is an environmentalist focused on water policy, impact assessment, and education. He holds a Master’s from University of Tsukuba and a BA in International Relations.

He works as Country Manager, Program Officer for UNFCCC, and served as Economic Affairs Officer at the UK Embassy.
